The charges for your office visits and/or surgical procedures will be billed to your insurance company by our office staff. We do require you to pay your insurance co-pay at the time of your appointment and you will be billed for any charges not paid by your insurance company or any amount that may apply towards your deductible.
We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard. For any patients without insurance we request payment prior to any planned surgical procedure. This is usually worked out prior to the planned procedure.
